Foaming pits and building fires were a hot topic during the 2009 fall manure pumping season. Dr. Burns and Dr. Jacobson will share information from their research and experience relating to these issues and offer some ideas to prevent these instances in your operation. Safety on the farm is always a top priority. They will make recommendations to help keep your employees, animals and yourself safe in your barns.
