This invitation-only event kicks off the Iowa Pork Congress activities and pits some of Iowa's top chefs in an exciting culinary competition designed to inspire new and innovative ways to menu pork.  Chefs from 12 Iowa restaurants will prepare their best pork entrees for judging on taste, originality and presentation. 

Invited guests attending this semiformal event will be able to sample pork entrees, along with an assortment of Iowa wines.
